The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between DYNAMIMED SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, the Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing it Directive 95/46 / EC, Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

DYNAMIMED SL responds to the lack of conformity of all products offered on the website for a period of two years from delivery. DYNAMIMED SL has an after-sales service. All products indicate the sale price in Euros and do not include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

Delivery and transport costs

DYNAMIMED SL makes shipments of boxes of animals worldwide. Likewise, it sends laboratory reagents to the Peninsula, Portugal, Canary Islands, Baleares , Ceuta and Melilla.

DYNAMIMED SL will charge an amount for shipping costs that will depend on the weight and destination of the product. For shipments outside the peninsula the order will be paused until the shipping cost is calculated according to weight and the recipient can accept or cancel the order continuation.

Those orders for any country that is outside the European Union are likely to be charged customs charges. Customs taxes at destination will be at the recipient’s expense. We recommend you check the customs expenses of your country before placing the order. In the case of placing the order and finally not supporting the customs expenses originated in your country, no refunds or changes are accepted for this reason.

Payment Methods

The customer can pay the amount of your order by choosing any of the following forms. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

– Bank transfer

When selecting the bank transfer you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail with the bank details of DYNAMIMED SL.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. If not, DYNAMIMED SL could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount thereof.

Order execution

DYNAMIMED SL is committed to deliver the order in a maximum of 30 days for products in stock. For the products on request DYNAMIMED SL is committed to deliver the order in a maximum of 2 months, from the day following the order. The availability of the product will be established in the file.

The availability of the products offered by DYNAMIMED SL may vary depending on the demand of customers. Although DYNAMIMED SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be sold out at that moment. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, DYNAMIMED SL will notify the client, by means of an electronic mail, at the moment that it becomes aware of this situation. DYNAMIMED SL may offer the double option of: supplying the client without price increase, a product with similar characteristics or superior quality in the maximum period of 30 days, or unless justified and demonstrable by DYNAMIMED SL within this same period to pay the sums paid for the canceled order. In the event that DYNAMIMED SL does not make this payment within the period indicated, the buyer may claim that he is paid twice the amount owed, without prejudice to his right to be compensated.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to desist, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons.

As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, can not be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.


The customer must return or deliver the product directly to DYNAMIMED SL, at the address C / FARADAY 7 LABORATORIO 0.05 28049, MADRID, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which formalize the right of withdrawal of the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if the customer makes the return of the product before the end of the term.

The customer will be responsible for the return costs of the product.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please, therefore, that in order to avoid transport problems, make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check your status. The moment we check that both the article (s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.

Payment refund

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the opposite has not been provided.

DYNAMIMED SL may withhold reimbursement until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.

In case of unjustified delay by DYNAMIMED SL, with respect to the refund of the sums paid, the client may claim twice the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for the damages suffered in excess of said quantity.

Return of the defective product.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it, are not the result of the customer, it will be entitled to return the product, informing DYNAMIMED SL of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

The DYNAMIMED SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Also, DYNAMIMED SL reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. Withdrawal form

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the data obtained from this form will be incorporated into an automated file under the responsibility of DYNAMIMED SL in order to meet your right of withdrawal under what is established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of Nov. 16.

The sending of this form implies the formalization of your right of withdrawal and, consequently, the termination of the obligation to execute the contract concluded between the parties.
